My copy of the  cookbook arrived yesterday! As I browsed through the book, I was impressed by the photographs of the desserts, and by the arrangement of the content. The cookbook begins with chocolate cakes because "for many people, dessert amounts to chocolate cake."

I agree, and that is why I will be making All-in-One Chocolate Cake on page 28 as my first recipe from the book next week.
